Recipe: Cinnamon Caramel Iced Coffee

6 tablespoons ground coffee
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup caramel dessert syrup
Mix the cinnamon with the ground coffee and brew a pot of coffee as usual. Add the syrup to the hot coffee and stir until dissolved. Chill thoroughly, and serve over ice, with milk or sugar to taste.

Recipe: Chocolate Mint Coffee

3/4 cup nondairy powdered creamer
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup instant coffee
1/4 cup cocoa
6 peppermint candies, crushed
Store in a jar with a lid. Add 1 1/2 tablespoons mix to 6 oz. boiling water. Top with whipped cream, if desired.
