3/4 cup nondairy powdered creamer
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup instant coffee
1/4 cup cocoa
6 peppermint candies, crushed

Store in a jar with a lid. Add 1 1/2 tablespoons mix to 6 oz. boiling water. Top with whipped cream, if desired.
