6 tablespoons ground coffee
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup caramel dessert syrup
Mix the cinnamon with the ground coffee and brew a pot of coffee as usual. Add the syrup to the hot coffee and stir until dissolved. Chill thoroughly, and serve over ice, with milk or sugar to taste.
Optional: a scoop of low-fat, low-sugar vanilla ice cream is sure to top it off!
