Recipe: Vanilla Mocha Milkshake

3/4 cup nonfat milk
1/4 cup buttermilk
1 tablespoon imitation vanilla extract
2 teaspoons instant coffee
3 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons Carnation malted milk
2 teaspoons instant vanilla pudding mix
1 1/4 cups small ice cubes
In a blender, combine all the ingredients and mix until the ice is crushed and the mixture is smooth and creamy. Makes 3 cups.

Recipe: Cherry Cream Cheese Dip

1 pkg. (3 oz.) light cream cheese
1/2 c. yogurt
1 Tbsp. orange juice
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. grated orange peel
chilled fresh cherries with stems
Blend all ingredients except cherries. Wash cherries and use stems as handles for dipping.
