1/2 cup creamy, reduced-fat, peanut butter
8 oz. light Cool Whip
6-8 apples, sliced
Place peanut butter in a medium bowl. Add about a quarter of the Cool Whip and stir until creamy. Add some more Cool Whip, stirring and folding to further thin the peanut butter. Continue to add Cool Whip in small batches until the dip is completely mixed. (Adding Cool Whip all at once will take out some of the air of the topping, necessary for a fluffier, lighter dip.) Serve the peanut butter mixture with apple slices. “Kids” of all ages will love this dip!
