2 cups all purpose flour

1 1/2 cups skim milk
1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin
1/2 cup sugar
1 Tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 Tbsp. chopped pecans

Recipe: Banana Blueberry Smoothie

1/2 cup non-fat vanilla yogurt
1/2 frozen banana
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup skim milk
1/4 cup oatmeal (Old-fashioned oats)
Blend all ingredients until smooth. Delicious but not too sweet. Just right to share with a friend.
Optional: Before serving, plop a small scoop of sugar-free, reduced-fat vanilla ice cream on top.

Great Recipe Tip!

Using reduced-fat or fat-free plain yogurt is a great way to reduce the fat in creamy dressings (including mayo) and dips. Start with a 2 to 1 ratio: 2 parts dressing or dip to 1 part yogurt. If desired, over time, increase yogurt / decrease dressing to tolerable taste.
