1 spice cake mix
1-3.5 oz pkg instant vanilla pudding
1 - 15 oz can solid pack pumpkin
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
3/4 cup egg beaters
1/2 cup water
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp ground cloves
Preheat oven 350. Spray bunt or tube pan with cooking spray. Combine all ingredients and blend. Pour into pan. Bake 50-55 mins. Cool in pan 10 mins. Then invert. Makes 10 servings. Top each piece with fat free cool whip. Number of Servings: 10
