Recipe: Lowfat Cappuccino Mix

1/2 cup instant coffee
1/4 cup sugar
1 cup nonfat dry milk solids
Hot water
Low-fat Cool Whip, optional
Chocolate sprinkles, optional
Stir dry ingredients together. Process in a blender until powdered. Use 2 Tbsp. of mixture for each cup of hot water. Top with Cool Whip and chocolate sprinkles if desired.

Makes 8 servings. Can be doubled.
1 pound loaf of day-old bread, cut into 1/2″ cubes
1/3 cup margarine
1 medium (1/2 cup) oinion, chopped
