1 can (1-pound) cream-style corn
1 cup corn meal
1/3 cup shortening (melted)
2 eggs (beaten)
1 tsp. salt

Banana Blueberry Smoothie

1/2 cup non-fat vanilla yogurt
1/2 frozen banana
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup skim milk
1/4 cup oatmeal (Old-fashioned oats)
Blend all ingredients until smooth. Top with a few blueberries, if desired. A good-for-you, not too sweet, delicious treat!!!
