Our Kitchen has been updated with a few more recipes for your Super Bowl Sunday fun. Below is an easy appetizer you might want to try.
COLD VEGGIE PIZZA
2 packages crescent rolls
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
3/4 cup light Miracle Whip
1 package ranch dressing mix
3 cups grated cheddar cheese
Assorted vegetables
Spread rolls in prepared 10×15-inch jelly roll pan. Spread to cover and press to edges. Bake at 350 degrees for 7-8 minutes. Cool. Spread mixture of cream cheese, Miracle Whip and mix over crust. Top with any sliced or chopped veggies: artichokes, green, red or yellow peppers, mushrooms, etc. Top with cheese just before serving. Press vegetables down (less messy!) Hint: vegetables can be grilled and cooled first, if preferred.
