Black Forest Holiday Coffee

6 oz. freshly brewed hot coffee
2 Tbsp. chocolate syrup
1 Tbsp. maraschino cherry juice
Whipped cream, chocolate shavings and maraschino cherry for decoration.
Directions: Mix coffee, chocolate syrup, and cherry juice in a cup. Top with whipped cream, chocolate shavings and a cherry. Serves 1.

Recipe: Lowfat Cappuccino Mix

1/2 cup instant coffee
1/4 cup sugar
1 cup nonfat dry milk solids
Hot water
Low-fat Cool Whip, optional
Chocolate sprinkles, optional
Stir dry ingredients together. Process in a blender until powdered. Use 2 Tbsp. of mixture for each cup of hot water. Top with Cool Whip and chocolate sprinkles if desired.
