FAMILY: Husband- Richard, two sons, two “daughters-in-love” and three granddaughters… Rachel Elizabeth born Dec. 6, 2005, Jordyn Abigail born October 8, 2007 and Brooke Caroline, born April 7, 2008. All live in the Denver area. ENJOYS: Reading, family time, computer, photography, music, scrapbooking, camping / travel, volunteering, and going to the movies. BACKGROUND: Formerly taught in two different Arizona elementary school districts and much of her post-graduate work was in Early Childhood Education and nutrition / health. After coming to Colorado in 1995, Cinda was the Elementary Director for over eight years in a large Children’s Ministry program at a local Denver church. She’s also had the privilege of being a Women’s Ministries Leader in three different churches over the years. FOCUS: Her heart is to share the love of Jesus to all women; affirming in them that they are uniquely created and valued by God. Through her past experiences, she has seen both the stresses and joys of families in today’s society and has had the opportunity to address many of their needs. It is her desire to see all women discover the rewards of simplicity, find joy in day-to-day living, hope and laughter in every day moments, explore their God-given gifts and inner creativity, and come to know a vibrant, growing, “forever” relationship with Jesus.

FAMILY: Husband- Charlie, four grown children, daughter-in-law and grandbaby, Shay, born November 10, 2007, live in Colorado Springs. ENJOYS: Cooking for her family and sitting around the table chatting for hours, writing, hiking, and walking. Going “for coffee” with a friend is one of her favorite things to do! BACKGROUND: Demonstrating a lot of energy, Janet shares laughter wherever she goes and with whomever she meets. A student of God’s Word and encourages others to be diligent in their studies as well. Heart for missions - locally and around the world. She’s been a leader in many different women’s ministries over the past 20 years and most recently, the Women’s Ministry Regional Director for 52 churches in her local area. As director, she developed teams and set up programs that met the needs of their churches. Janet was a BSF leader for seven years, teaching in the children’s program. She also served on the board of “A Child’s Heart”, a ministry founded in Colorado Springs. One of Janet’s gifts is hospitality and works well with all size groups. Currently she’s a consultant with Jenny Craig. FOCUS: Janet is available to speak at women’s events and works with churches to build up new or existing Women’s Ministry programs.

KIRSTEN her husband, Richard, and their two little girls, Rachel born December 6, 2005, and Brooke born April 7, 2008, live in the Denver area. She’s one of Cinda’s “daughters-in-love”. Kirsten is a gifted writer and has already seen her first two books published by Moody Press. They are both Christian fiction - The Fall and Guarded. When Kirsten was younger, she loved to write poetry but moved on to fiction in her early twenties. As the daughter of a pastor she developed a passion for sharing the hope of the Bible with others. She served in various campus ministries at the University of Colorado where she earned degrees in English and Communications. Currently, she is a full time mom and serves alongside her husband as a mentor to youth. Besides writing, she also enjoys hiking, running, reading, and escaping to the mountains with her family. “Jesus Christ is everything to me. JUDI and her minister husband, Jim, live in Elk Grove, California, where Judy is pursuing her life-long passion for writing. They are the parents of three grown sons and five grandchildren. She’s a busy author and inspirational speaker for conferences, retreats, and seminars; any event crafted to make folks feel encouraged, inspired and valued! She comes prepared with a liberal sprinkling of hope and humor. She served three years as president of Sacramento Christian Writers. Judi writes a bi-monthly hope and humor column for Woman’s Touch Magazine and has published numerous other articles, poems and essays. When not writing, Judi enjoys music, sewing, interior decorating, gardening and reading. Looking back on a lifetime of serving the Lord, one statement really sums up Judi’s testimony: God is faithful! II Timothy 1:12 has become one of her most-quoted life verses: “…Yet I am not ashamed, because I know whom I have believed, and am persuaded that he is able to guard what I have entrusted to him for that day.” Her articles can be found under “Tea With Judi“. ANN is a pastor’s wife, speaker, and the founder of Press On Ministries, a ministry of encouragement to women. In 1983, she married her husband, a widower with 6 children. They have 5 additional children together; one of whom beholds the face of Jesus. Their children range in age from 12-19, and since Ann married a widower with 6 children, they also have older, “30-something”, children and 14 grandchildren. Ann and her family are at home in the mountains of western New Mexico. She enjoys reading, listening to music, and playing games with her children (Mastermind, Taboo and Clue are their current favorites) . Ann has a great time teaching the preschool Sunday school class at her church, but she also enjoys teaching the weekday women’s Bible study. One of her most favorite verses is Philippians 3:12-14- “I press on in order that I may lay hold of that for which also I was laid hold of by Christ Jesus…forgetting what lies behind and reaching forward to what lies ahead, I /press on/ toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus.” Her articles, “Reflections”, can be found in our Spiritual Growth link.
PEG and her husband, Butch, have lived in the same, small border town in Minnesota nearly all their lives. They have two grown children and two amazing grandsons. She was an announcer for Christian radio for twenty years and privileged to interview nearly one thousand guests on her weekly show, Focal Point. Peg enjoys leisure time with friends, music, speaking, teaching, visiting shut-ins, studying the Bible, researching the Jewish roots of her Christian faith and is an avid historical scrapbooker. She is the Prayer Director at her local church and participates in a Christian Women’s Club, Women’s Ministries, small group Bible study for both men and women, a helps serve in the kitchen. A highlight of her life: she visited Israel and Petra in 1996 and it forever changed the way she views Scripture. Her favorite book in the Bible is Jeremiah which “serves as a template for where America is today”; her favorite chapter is Revelation 1, and her favorite verse is Revelation 11:15.
